Project Manager for Infrastructure Design

Job description

  • Acting as a project manager for one or more infrastructure projects in projects assigned by the management board.
  • Supervising designers and subcontractors, monitoring and ensuring the functioning of the work process, timeliness, quality and budget.
  • Organising, conducting and taking minutes of design meetings.
  • Recording the work process in the company's business software, including responsibility for keeping the project within budget.
  • Management of contracts between contracting authority and subcontractors
  • Checking and signing of invoices submitted by contractors and subcontractors, arranging the payment of invoices in accordance with the applicable procedures.
  • Checking the work carried out by designers and subcontractors
  • Preparing a project for archiving

Requirements for the candidate

  •  higher technical or construction education
  • Hold at least one of the following level 7 qualifications :
    -VK engineering, design management
    -Engineer, design management
    -Engineer, construction of buildings, design management
  • Previous professional experience - at least 2 years of project management in the field of infrastructure.
  • Construction and environmental standards, laws and regulations - Knowledge of work-related legislation.
