Designer of HVAC

• Design of heating, ventilation and cooling systems.
• Preparation of expert reports on projects in the field of heating, ventilation and cooling systems.
• Providing specialist advice to the owner's supervision team in the field of heating, ventilation and cooling systems as required.
• Direct communication with customers
• Preparation, maintenance and systematisation of project-related documents.

• Qualification as a qualified heating, ventilation and cooling engineer, level 7, design of indoor climate control systems.
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, MagiCAD or Revit).
• Design experience in BIM
• Good communicator, conscientious, independent, good time planner, good analytical skills.
• Estonian, knowledge of Russian and/or English would be an advantage.

• Experience in monitoring in the field of PJM
• Experience in energy simulation and knowledge of software (IDA-ICE)
