Requirements for the candidate
Qualified heating, ventilation and cooling engineer, level 7, Owner's Supervision qualification or
Qualified Water Supply and Sewerage Engineer, Level 7, Building Water Supply and Sewerage, Owner's Supervision qualification or
Construction Manager 6, Owner supervision in the field of construction of indoor climate systems.
Computer literate, able to read construction projects and work with BIM 3D models using software in the field, e.g. Trimble, Dalux etc.
Possession of a driver's licence and willingness to work on sites throughout Estonia
Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
