Acting as a project manager for one or more infrastructure projects in projects assigned by the management board.
Supervising designers and subcontractors, monitoring and ensuring the functioning of the work process, timeliness, quality and budget.
Organising, conducting and taking minutes of design meetings.
Recording the work process in the company's business software, including responsibility for keeping the project within budget.
Management of contracts between contracting authority and subcontractors
Checking and signing of invoices submitted by contractors and subcontractors, arranging the payment of invoices in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Checking the work carried out by designers and subcontractors
Preparing a project for archiving
Requirements for the candidate
higher technical or construction education
Hold at least one of the following level 7 qualifications :
-VK engineering, design management
-Engineer, design management
-Engineer, construction of buildings, design management
Previous professional experience - at least 2 years of project management in the field of infrastructure.
Construction and environmental standards, laws and regulations - Knowledge of work-related legislation.
