Project Manager for Infrastructure Design
- Acting as a project manager for one or more infrastructure projects in projects assigned by the management board.
- Supervising designers and subcontractors, monitoring and ensuring the functioning of the work process, timeliness, quality and budget.
- Organising, conducting and taking minutes of design meetings.
- Recording the work process in the company's business software, including responsibility for keeping the project within budget.
- Management of contracts between contracting authority and subcontractors
- Checking and signing of invoices submitted by contractors and subcontractors, arranging the payment of invoices in accordance with the applicable procedures.
- Checking the work carried out by designers and subcontractors
- Preparing a project for archiving
