We prepare development plans for public service infrastructure facilities, profitability analyses of investment projects, and financing applications in the fields of water management, energy, and heat management. We help create geoinfo databases and perform analyses based on geoinfo databases. We offer a full-service project management and contracting entity to implement projects in the fields of environment, infrastructure, and general engineering.     Development plans are documents that direct the strategic planning and management of the local government, the existence of which is usually also necessary when applying for grants for investment projects. We prepare development plans in the fields of water management and energy and heat management. As part of the work, we describe the condition of the existing infrastructure and the investment needs of infrastructure owners and local governments. We describe infrastructure expansion needs with investment costs. As part of the development plans, we prepare financial analyses that describe the necessary reinvestments based on the life of the infrastructure and the pricing of the necessary service based on the sales volume of the service to ensure the necessary reinvestments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

          We prepare financing applications and cost-effectiveness analyses for the building design documentation of general engineering and infrastructural construction. As part of the preparation of financing applications, we prepare all the application appendices provided within the support measure, which are usually different analyses. As part of cost-effectiveness analyses, we describe the condition of existing buildings and analyze technical and economic alternatives for the reconstruction of buildings, in the case of new buildings, for planning the building. As part of the \"Climate resistance\" and \"No significant damage\" analyses, we describe how the resistance of the building to the effects of climate change is ensured and in what way and to what extent the building itself affects the environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

            The existence of a geo info database is one of the important bases for the functioning of an infrastructure company and local government. The orderliness of spatial data and the possibility of effective management create prerequisites for preparing data-based analyses and making decisions based on the latter. When performing geo info databases and database-based analyses, we have so far focused mainly on areas related to the planning of water and heating infrastructure. By comparing different data layers and based on database queries and analysis, for example, it is possible to describe the increase in the need for drinking water in the region based on unrealized detailed plans, the possibility of impregnation of rainwater in the soil based on the height and geological character of the ground, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

              As part of the Contracting Entity's representation and project management service, if necessary, we represent the Contracting Entity in the implementation of all general and infrastructure projects in the case of both private and public sector projects. Depending on the services requested by the Contracting Entity and the authorizations given, if necessary, we communicate with the sponsor of the project from the beginning to the end, we prepare and carry out public procurements, manage and control the concluded service and work contracts, and prepare interim and final project reports.
