Requirements for a candidate
- higher education in road construction
- professional qualification – certified roads engineer, level 7; possession or acquisition of a certificate in owner supervision
- previous work experience in the field of road construction, design or supervision
- knowledge of construction legislation
- good computer skills
- accuracy and commitment
- open communication and innovation-mindedness
- category B driving licence
- readiness to work outside the City of Tallinn and normal working hours
